Support the planning and execution of ASIF's digital communications and marketing activities — content, campaigns, and storytelling across web, social, and email channels.

The Digital Marcom Coordinator supports the planning and execution of ASIF's digital communications and marketing activities, contributing to brand visibility, project storytelling, and fundraising and partnership objectives through consistent, high-quality digital content and campaigns.

Key Outcomes of the Role
  • Increased brand visibility and recognition through effective digital communications.
  • Stronger stakeholder engagement driven by project-based and campaign-led digital content.
  • Well-managed digital channels aligned with ASIF's brand guidelines and INGO communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and publish content across ASIF's digital platforms (website, social media, email newsletters, etc.).
  • Support the production of digital content (articles, visuals, short videos) linked to projects and campaigns.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely, accurate, and on-brand delivery.
  • Support the rollout of digital communication campaigns linked to projects and fundraising initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing digital content for pitch decks, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Work closely with Program teams to translate project results into engaging digital stories.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or digital communications; NGO/INGO experience is an advantage.
  • Strong content writing skills and experience managing social media and/or websites.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
